Books Everywhere!

Bonjour à tous! Interest in Old Grandmother’s Tree continues to grow six months after its release.

If you are in the New England area, stop by and say hello at two upcoming events. Buy some books, or if you already have your copies of Old Grandmother’s Tree, I would love to hear your thoughts about them.

Here are a couple of events that I will be attending:

  • Local Author Book Fair: Sunday April 26, 2025, 8:00-12:00, at the Townsend Public Library in Townsend, Massachusetts
  • Leominster French Canadian Cultural Festival: June 21, 2025, 3:00-8:00 PM, at the Eagles Club in Leominster, Massachusetts.

Current Bookstore Availability

While you can purchase both volumes of Old Grandmother’s Tree on Amazon and through other major book retailers, the books are also available at select bookstores in New England, New York, and Quebec. I enjoy exploring every nook and cranny of an independent bookstore and I am sure that you do as well. Don’t forget to visit their local authors section!

Public Libraries

Public libraries are also a great destination. My wife and I can never drive by an old Carnegie library building without stopping by and wandering through the rows of books. I recommend that you visit the local history section within these libraries. We are pleased to announce that Old Grandmother’s Tree can also be found at these fascinating libraries in southern New England. Look for this list to grow over the summer!

There are not one but three future Old Grandmother’s Tree books that are well along in the creative process. The first of these books will be released later this summer with the next one in the summer of 2026. I will tell you more in the next blog post. In the meantime, visit your local bookstore and library and keep reading!
